About the Role: Analyst – ADM Team
The Analyst – ADM (Germany Team) role is part of Deloitte’s finance operations division. As a key member of the USI DE ADM Team, you’ll work closely with the German finance team to handle financial reporting, billing, and analysis.
Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of Deloitte’s financial processes while giving you exposure to global business operations and SAP systems.
Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Shift Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM / 11 AM to 8 PM
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst – ADM, you’ll be handling both operational and analytical tasks related to financial management. Here’s what your typical day at Deloitte might look like:
1. DC Operational Support
- Ensure timely reporting of any challenges or issues to senior team members.
- Communicate with the GFS (Global Finance Services) team regarding task completion.
- Respond to queries related to invoices, HR data, and timesheets.
- Make sure billing is processed accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate with the GFS team to resolve invoice issues and ensure payments are processed within terms.
2. New DC Onboarding
- Assist seniors in testing new DC onboarding scenarios using SDS systems.
- Document challenges and share findings with senior members.
3. ADM Reporting & Analysis
- Support in creating new reports for COOs or business lines.
- Handle ad-hoc analysis and data requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial performance analysis.
This role gives you a hands-on understanding of financial systems, SAP tools (SWIFT and S4), and report automation, which are critical skills for building a strong finance career.
Required Qualifications
To qualify for the Deloitte ADM Analyst role, you should have:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration (B.Com / BBA / MBA).
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in finance-related work.
Skills:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A sense of ownership and initiative to solve problems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SAP (S4/HANA or SWIFT).
